Requesty Privacy Policy Summary

Requesty Ltd respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you access requesty.ai, create an account, or use our large language model routing platform, API and related services.

We do not train machine learning models on your data, and we never sell personal information. On any paid plan this is absolute: Requesty never trains on your data, for any model in the catalogue, in any configuration. Where a Model Provider trains on prompts, we label that model a Training Permitted Model so you can see exactly which ones they are, and every model we label that way is offered free of charge. Requesty's own use of content for training is limited to free plan accounts. We collect account information (name, email, organisation, billing), usage and log data (IP, timestamps, token counts, latency), and cookie data.

As an LLM gateway, Requesty routes your prompts and inputs to the third party AI model providers you select. Logging control allows you to disable prompt and output storage entirely (Zero Data Retention mode). Zero Data Retention stops us logging or caching your inputs; it does not stop a model provider retaining or training on them, because that depends on the model you choose. When logging is enabled, data is stored encrypted within the EU for up to 30 days.

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Our current certification and audit status is published at trust.requesty.ai. EU data residency is available via our Frankfurt-based endpoint (router.eu.requesty.ai), which governs our own processing; where inference happens follows the model you select. For questions, contact privacy@requesty.ai. A full list of subprocessors is available at requesty.ai/privacy/subprocessors.
